Freestyler kicks off summer at Touchwood

World record football freestyle expert to visit Solihull.

Football fans are in for a treat this June, when world-class football freestyler, Dan Magness, stops by Touchwood to help get everyone in the mood for the sporting season ahead.

On Saturday 14th June, between 11am and 3pm, Guinness World Record holder Dan will dazzle Touchwood guests with an array of gravity defying football tricks. His show-stopping live performances will include a range of impeccable tricks, all designed to keep a football airborne using only his feet, knees and head.

Guests who come along to the event will be able to hone their own football freestyle skills, with Dan giving free master classes. To celebrate Father’s Day, Dan will also be challenging dads to put their skills to the test in a bid to get their hands on a £50 Touchwood gift card.

Lucy Burnett, marketing manager at Touchwood, comments: “We’re really excited to be inviting Dan to the centre to kick off our sporting celebrations. He has some fantastic achievements under his belt, including being the first person ever to keep a football airborne for 26 hours and is the recognised Adidas Trickster Champion, so we can’t wait to see what he has in store for us at Touchwood. His show-stopping tricks are not to be missed and we encourage everyone to come along and join in the football fun.”
