New gig in town II

Not that we’re biased, but here’s one event you should definitely go to on Friday.

After last month’s successful launch of our Decent Exposure night (the band started before 9.30 and were playing until after midnight – at one point we thought they’d never stop) the next event takes place this Friday, the 8th November.

The venue’s the same – the Rose Villa Tavern, Warstone Lane, in the Jewellery Quarter, and the band is the Enthused. This is what they sound like http://www.theenthused.co.uk/original-material/

You should already know about the pub but here is it anyway http://www.therosevillatavern.co.uk/ It’s got a good selection of real ales and their food’s just as highly recommended. It’s five minutes walk from Jewellery Quarter station, the 8 and 101 buses stop outside and there’s plenty of free on-street parking. Admission’s £5 and the doors open at eight. Music goes on until 11(ish) the bar’s open until one and there’s a DJ downstairs afterwards if you don’t want to go home.

It’s a great night out and it’ll be even better if you’re there.
