The Glee Club in Birmingham have announced their November line-up.

Friday 1st and Saturday 2nd November.

Paul Thorne, Kevin McCarthy, Taylor Glenn, Andy Robinson    

Paul Thorne is one of Britain’s most established and sought-after stand-ups. He can be seen weekly at London’s Comedy Store as a member of The Cutting Edge. As well as having performed all over the world, Paul has toured extensively with Jack Dee, Lee Hurst and Rory Bremner.

Thursday 7th-Saturday 9th November

Paul McCaffrey, Dave Fulton, Jimmy McGhie, Andrea Hubert (Thu), Paul F Taylor (Fri & Sat)

Paul McCaffrey quickly established himself as one of the most exciting new acts around winning The London Paper and Latitude Festival new act competitions in 2009. Since then he’s taken two solo shows to the Edinburgh Fringe, and played the best comedy clubs in the country. A regular on Talksport’s Matt Forde Show and BBC3’s Impractical Jokers, Paul also appeared on Russell Howard’s Good News earlier this year.

Sean Collins, Michael Legge, John Moloney, Lee Ridley (Thu), Sally Ann Hayward (Fri & Sat)

Sean Collins has a unique storytelling style, sharpened over 20 years. A master of the form, he has won Canadian Comedy Awards, headlined the best UK comedy clubs, and has appeared on several TV shows, the most recent being Michael McIntyre’s Comedy Roadshow.

Elis James, Gavin Webster, Chris McCausland, Andrew Ryan    

Having recently appeared on 8 Out of 10 CatsThe Rob Brydon ShowRussell Howard’s Good NewsDave’s One Night Stand and BBC Wales’ Rhod Gilbert Show, Welshman Elis James has cemented himself as one of comedy’s brightest young stars. Between gaining rave reviews for his debut Edinburgh show in 2009, Elis also supported Rhod Gilbert (on two UK tours), and Rob Brydon during the making of Rob Brydon’s Identity Crisis for BBC4.

Lloyd Langford, Mike Gunn, Andrew O’Neill, Andrew Stanley    

You may have seen Lloyd Langford on Ask Rhod Gilbert (BBC1), Dave’s One Night Stand (Dave), or Don’t Sit In The Front Row (Sky Atlantic). You could have heard him with David Mitchell on The Unbelievable Truth (Radio 4). He’s written jokes for comedians such as Rhod Gilbert, Simon Amstell and Frankie Boyle.
