Ultima Censura: Ten dome tents, three live performers

… and some difficult choices to be made. Spend forty intimate moments and seek to discover where your principles lie and what your fundamentals of life and law really are.

Ultima Censura is a live installation allowing each audience member exactly four minutes inside ten individual tents, which in turn represent the Ten Commandments. Each tent places them in a position of choice and challenges them to question their subconscious decisions. It explores a modern audiences’ view on the Ten Commandments by immersing them in small intimate worlds, embodying both our spiritual and cultural guidelines.

Ultima Censura is an immersive private and personal theatrical performance, combining one-to-one performance will live installation. The piece questions the nature of judgment and the notion of being watched, both on a human and a divine level. It explores how ‘being watched’ affects our behaviour and is reflective in nature, forcing the audience to consider their concepts of right and wrong.

And in true RoguePlay style the performance will be highly physical, utilising the perfomers’ best skills in acrobatics and aerial performance.
