Their new show, The Short and Long of It, is a raucous romp of a stand-up marital rom-com; offering hope and laughs for those that think they‘ll never meet “the one” and the laughter of recognition from those that already have.

Gareth Berliner is a stand-up comedian and motivational speaker. After receiving great reviews for his first solo show GUTLESS, he has gone on to perform all over the world. He’s also a contributing member of the cast of Abnormally Funny People (A Cast of Disabled Comedians) and a contributing member of the cast of Cracking Up (A comedy show about Mental Health featured on R4).

Kiruna Stamell is an actress with dwarfism previously seen in Baz Lurhmann’s Moulin Rouge and on TV in All the Small Things, EastEnders (BBC) and Cast-offs (Channel 4). Recently she appeared in Ricky Gervais’ ‘Life’s Too Short’ where she stars as Warwick Davis’ love interest. Kiruna recently received 3 Gold Stars on Sky TV’s Got to Dance for her Tap Dancing. She’s soon to be seen on the big screen once more in Giuseppe Tornatore’s ‘The Best Offer’ opposite Geoffrey Rush.

Berliner and Stamell have now combined their skills to produce a cracking stand-up show called The Short and The Long of It.

For their performance at MAC Birmingham on February 14th, Valentine’s Day, they will greet their audience personally upon arrival with a glass of bubbly and a chocolate strawberry before taking them through to the Hexagon theatre and entertaining them for an hour of Double the fun with their unique double-act.
