Conference goers at St John’s Hotel, Solihull, will benefit from the latest projection equipment, which has been installed in its premier conference venue as part of a complete refurbishment.
The high quality equipment offers superior visuals for speakers who want to put on high quality presentations and because the projection comes from behind the screen rather than the front, no-one is hampered by an obstructed view.
Darren McGhee, general manager at St John’s Hotel, which is owned by the Principal Hayley group, said that offering complimentary back projection equipment would be a huge cost saving to conference organisers, who rely on using the latest technology to engage delegates.
“As a leading conference venue in the area, it was important to us to go above and beyond our customers’ expectations,” he explained. “Ensuring that organisers have ready access to this equipment will be another cost concern off their minds.
“The Park Suite is a first-class facility and this extra offering underlines our commitment to excellent customer service, which is what St John’s Hotel is renowned for. We are looking forward to welcoming new and existing clients to the new-look suite.”
In addition to the equipment, Park Suite, one of the leading conference spaces in the area, has undergone a complete refurbishment.
The room, which has full natural light and can accommodate up to 700 delegates, now boasts refreshed and updated décor, soft furnishings and carpets, and a fully refurbished entrance foyer, which is widely used as an exhibition area for large conferences.
The Park Suite is one of 13 meeting, events and conference rooms at the 180-room hotel. It also boasts premium leisure facilities that include a pool and holistic therapy suite.
