Ataxia UK is the national charity that supports everyone affected by ataxia. For most ataxias, there is no cure, and research shows that just 7% of people in the UK have even heard of ataxia.
Birmingham City Centre event
Ataxia UK West Midlands Birmingham Branch will be giving the campaign full support.
The aim is to raise awareness together with much needed funds for research and support with a city-centre collection and an information/merchandise stall.
You can find them at St. Phillip’s Cathedral in Colmore Row from 10am-3pm on Tuesday 25 September 2012.
Go along if you would like to know more about ataxia, donate to the charity, or learn how Ataxia UK supports people in Birmingham.
