A triumphant homecoming gig at Symphony Hall on 12th September for the legendary Brummie band with super soul sensibilities Dexys, performing new album One Day I’m Going To Soar in its entirety, followed by a few old favourites. Tickets £25 on sale from 10am on Friday 25th May

PIAF – THE CONCERT

Following their hugely successful Royal Albert Hall debut together, Soprano Joanna Marie and Matthew Jones, together with his Matthew Jones Orchestra, celebrate the work of La Môme at Symphony Hall on 14th September. Tickets £25, on sale from 10am on Friday 25th May

THE OLD DANCE SCHOOL, KATRIONA GILMORE & JAMIE ROBERTS, LADY MAISERY

Moving effortlessly from supporting bands at the venue in 2009 to headlining their own show, the cinematic folksters from Birmingham the Old Dance School plus guests head back to the city for an eagerly-awaited gig at the Town Hall on 30th October. Tickets £15, on sale now.

LOUDON WAINWRIGHT III

The Grammy Award-winning folk singer-songwriter Loudon Wainwright III, father of Rufus, Martha and Lucy and husband of the late, great Kate McGarrigle, heads back to perform at Birmingham Town Hall on 1st May 2013. Tickets £22.50, on sale from 10am on Friday 25th May.
