Juan Martin

The giant of the flamenco tradition Juan Martin, joined by a selection of accomplished musicians and Andalusian dancer Raquel de Luna, explores the music’s roots from the Middle East to gypsy influences in his Musical Alhambra at Birmingham Town Hall on 24^th May. Tickets £10/£15/£20, on sale now

The singer-songwriter Rufus Wainwright, in the headlines for criticising Lady Gaga, arrives at Symphony Hall on 17^th November with new material and a band that includes Teddy Thompson on guitar and Krystle Warren on vocals. Tickets £25/£30/£35/£45, n sale from 2pm on Friday 20th April.

Kate Rusby

After several sell-out shows at the Town Hall, Kate Rusby, the Barnsley Nightingale as she is fondly known, embarks on an end-of-year tour taking in a special date at Symphony Hall on 19^th December. Tickets £25, on sale from 10am on Friday 20th April.
