If you fancy some free music on Sunday afternoons, look no further.
One of our favourite Sunday afternoon venues between the Jewellery Quarter and Birmingham city centre, the Actress & Bishop on Ludgate Hill, has put together their line-up over the next few weeks.
This coming Sunday, February 19th, sees Leicester-based rockabilly band the Drugstore Cowboys performing, while on the 26th, local blues veterans Cracker & The Woodpeckers are on stage,
Lined up for March are:
4th – R’n’B singer James O’Hara
11th – Folk blueser Richard Heath (formerly with local legends the Gravelly Hillbillies)
18th – Blues guitarist Big Boy Bloater
25th – Another blues guitarist, Olivier Darling.
Admission is free and gigs start at around 3pm.
