Tickets go on sale today (Thursday) for the latest legendary musician to tread the stage of Wolverhampton Civic Hall.
Lou Reed, one of the many godfathers of punk as well as a seminal influence on musicians over five decades for his work with Velvet Underground, will be performing with his band at the Civic on Friday 1st July. If you’re lucky, classics such as Perfect Day (a tribute to heroin) and Walk on the Wild Side will get an airing. If you’re really lucky Metal Machine Music won’t.
