Kings Heath BID appoints local agency

PR group appointed to boost suburb’s profile.

Birmingham agency, Tiger Bam Communications has been appointed by the Kings Heath Business Improvement District (BID) to raise Kings Heath’s profile following a competitive four-agency pitch.

The Birmingham based creative agency will support Kings Heath BID in delivering a strategy to promote the vibrancy and diversity of the Kings Heath area. Tiger Bam will also implement a digital strategy to help boost trading for the 320 businesses the BID represents.

Kate Smart, Kings Heath Town Centre Manager, said its mission was to promote the suburb to a local, regional and national audience. “It’s important that the diversity of Kings Heath is promoted locally, regionally and nationally and we are confident we’ve found the right PR agency to achieve that,”

Since its launch in 2010 Tiger Bam Communications, based in the city’s creative quarter The Custard Factory, have seensteady growth in clients. The agency currently represents a variety of Birmingham-based clients, including the Birmingham St Patrick’s Parade and Festival and Birmingham’s World music and cultural exchange Brum Spirit.
