Gaming’s coming home

Roxy Ball Room launches in Digbeth.

The ‘home of competitive social gaming’, Roxy Ball Room, has launched in Digbeth. The 13,000 sq ft space, which offers pool, beer pong, shuffleboard and arcade games, is the ninth venue for the Roxy Leisure brand, after launching eight ​other venues – one in Manchester, one in Nottingham, four in Leeds and two in Liverpool, ​the newest of which opened in May.

Located on Heath Mill Lane, Roxy Ball Room Birmingham boasts a range of leisure and gaming facilities, including a ​full-sized, ten lane bowling alley, Olympic Standard Butterfly Ping Pong tables, American Pool, 18ft tournament standard Shuffleboard and traditional Arcade games, all set to a rock and indie soundtrack.

The menu offers American style dishes like loaded nachos, chicken wings and burgers, along with stone-baked pizzas. The drinks offering takes in a selection of beers, wine and a themed cocktail menu – including drinks such as the Ping Star Martini.
