Birmingham law firm to set up HR collaboration

Legal experts establish bespoke employment service to businesses.

Birmingham based law firm, Wildings Solicitors, has announced the launch of a new employment law support scheme for employers that not only sets the firm apart from its competitors but also provides businesses access to some of the most highly regarded HR and Employment Law organisations in the region.

In the new Retain and Assure Scheme, Wildings Solicitors has created an insurance-backed Employment and HR support retainer for businesses in collaboration with Temple Legal Protection. As part of the scheme, Wildings has also created affiliations with St Phillips Chambers, Health & Safety Solutions Ltd and People Puzzles to provide quality, cost-effective and bespoke HR and employment services to businesses.

“The Retain and Assure scheme gives businesses comprehensive support with a personal touch. Rejecting a ‘one-size-fits-all’ approach and concentrating on the requirements of each business gives employers more effective solutions to their HR and Employment law needs,” explained Neelam Afzal, the Lead Employment Solicitor who has created and developed the scheme and worked closely with Temple Legal Protection throughout.

Wildings, who have provided legal services to the Birmingham community for over thirty years, aim to give employers total peace of mind when it comes to their HR and employment law functions.

Regular changes to employment legislation, increased employee awareness of their legal rights coupled with difficult economic circumstances means there is always the chance of an employment claim being submitted to the Employment Tribunal Service against your company. By working closely with employment solicitors and their affiliates, the Employment Team at Wildings will provide businesses of all sizes with unrivaled support.

Solicitor Director, Kid Harwood, said “We are delighted to build relationships with some of the foremost HR and Employment organisations in our new Retain and Assure Scheme. In previous years, we have noticed that employers often struggle with the HR aspects of their businesses; not to mention keeping up with and understanding current Employment Legislation. The Retain and Assure Scheme takes away these concerns and helps employers to protect their businesses for a manageable monthly or annual subscription”.
