Millennium Point appoints finance director

Increased profitability is aim for new appointment.

Eastside’s Millennium Point has appointed Ian Leslie as its new finance director.

Ian joined Millennium Point in 2015 as senior finance manager and after less than a year, has been promoted to finance director.

In his role as finance director, Ian will work closely with CEO Judith Armstrong and the two boards – Millennium Point Trust and Millennium Point Property Limited – to ensure the overall financial integrity of the business, as well as its profitability.

Ian brings with him 13 years of experience in the finance industry having previously worked in senior roles at the likes of WM Housing Group. For the last 13 years, Ian worked at WM Housing Group in a variety of finance roles which saw him develop his skills and experience.

Judith Armstrong, CEO at Millennium Point, said: “Ian is a commercially focused business professional with years of experience in the finance sector.

“We have ambitious plans for both Millennium Point Property Limited and Millennium Point Trust so it’s imperative that we have talented and knowledgeable people like Ian on board to help us achieve our objectives.”
