A new group has been established for anyone seeking to improve on their public speaking of finding themselves needing to present over Zoom.
The Association of Speakers Clubs is launching in Birmingham and can help with presentation skills, both virtually and physically and build self-confidence.
In a post-COVID world they will be meeting in a central venue that will facilitate a speaker community for all ages and skillsets but in the meantime the group have issued an invitation for prospective members to join them on Zoom for an entertaining and educating inaugural meeting online. If you’re looking to brush up on your public speaking skills there has never been a better time to give yourself some reassurance in a frequently fluid and uncertain world.
The first meeting will take place on Tuesday 27th April at 7.30pm and will introduce members to the Speaker Structure, with existing members delivering speeches and giving a taste of the Topics Round an invaluable help for impromptu speaking.
