Premier League trophy at CadburyWorld for Father’s Day

Chocolate and football – a winning combination.

Dads are invited to celebrate Father’s Day at Cadbury World from Saturday 15th–Sunday 16th June, with a day packed full of family fun and a chance to take a photo with the Premier League trophy.

For one weekend only, football enthusiasts will have the opportunity to view and take selfies with the Premier League trophy on display at the Bournville-based attraction for a Father’s Day to remember.

If the way to your father’s heart is via his tummy, then look no further than Cadbury World as dads can score plenty of sweet treats during their visit. The onsite Cadbury Café will be offering every dad a free rocky road, which is made to an exclusive Cadbury recipe, with the purchase of any main meal.

Families will also be able to put a chocolatey twist on a gift for sports-mad dads with a chocolate football from The World’s Biggest Cadbury Shop. Made from mouth-watering Cadbury Dairy Milk chocolate, and weighing an impressive 1.5kg, guests can get their hands on one of the life-size footballs for £14.99.

Elsewhere in the attraction, fathers can make the most of the attraction’s popular entertainment programme, as armed with a chest full of goodies and a barrel of laughs, Freddo will teach the audience what it takes to become a pirate in live stage show, Freddo’s Treasure Trove.

Visitors will be able to discover the amazing world of Cadbury through an assortment of chocolatey zones. Learn about the history of the cocoa bean in the Aztec Jungle, catch the talented chocolatiers in action and take a delicious taster for yourself in the Chocolate Making zone, before practicing your piping skills by drawing your name or writing a special message to your dad in chocolate in the Have A Go zone.

Guests can also take a magical ride through the chocolatey land of Beanville on the Cadabra ride and come face to face with a certain drumming gorilla in Advertising Avenue!

What’s more, dads can go on a 4D Chocolate Adventure with the whole family, by experiencing the sensation of riding the Crunchie Rollercoaster and diving in to a pot of liquid Cadbury Dairy Milk, all without leaving their motion cinema seat.

Diane Mitchell, marketing manager at Cadbury World, said: “With the amazing chance to see the Premier League trophy, enjoy chocolatey treats and family entertainment, Cadbury World is the perfect destination for all chocoholic dads this Father’s Day. We can’t wait to welcome them for a day out that will be choc-full of fun for the whole family!”
