Elementary production takes to the stage.

A classic whodunnit takes place in the open air when Chapterhouse Theatre Company brings a production of The Adventures of Sherlock Holmes to Birmingham Botanical Gardens on Wednesday 11th July.

Deep in the countryside, a terrifying mystery and a legendary nemesis await the arrival of the world’s greatest detective. When the wife of Doctor Watson suddenly disappears, a desperate quest to find her begins. Sherlock Holmes comes face to face with his greatest fear at the hands of his mortal enemy in this stunning new tale of romance and suspense.

Chapterhouse Theatre Company is now in its 19th year of touring open-air theatre to stunning country houses, castles and heritage sites across the UK and Ireland. From the first year of performances at 30 venues with Romeo and Juliet in 2000, Chapterhouse now visits over 180 venues every year, and has become a greatly anticipated addition to thousands of theatre-goers’ calendars.
