Money multiplies for charity

Breast cancer charity looking for fundraising teams.

Breast Cancer Haven, West Midlands are looking for teams to sign up now to their Money Multiplier Challenge. They’re asking for teams to raise as much money as they can for the Solihull-based centre until 30th April 2018.

The idea is to take £50 and try to turn it into £1,000 with as many creative ideas as possible. Ideas can be simple and effective like bake sales, dress down days or entering a running event or it could be anything you dream up. Teams of all shapes and sizes are encouraged to take part, so if you’re a school, company or group of friends you can join the challenge. Prizes are awarded to the best fundraising team and the team with the most creative idea alongside networking with other teams and social media updates throughout the challenge.

It costs £1,000 for Breast Cancer Haven, West Midlands to provide a full programme of therapies to a woman diagnosed with breast cancer; this might include counselling, acupuncture and/or massage. The support doesn’t stop there as counselling is available for the family to access too. Breast Cancer Haven, West Midlands has seen over 160 women access the service since their opening on 25 October 2017 so need support to keep running the invaluable service.
