Judith Owen to join Nell Bryden in Birmingham.

Following the release of her eighth album Ebb & Flow, the completion of her own headline European tour and supporting Bryan Ferry on his latest UK tour, Judith Owen will be now joining Nell Bryden on her November 2015 UK tour which includes a date at the Birmingham Temple.

Judith will be accompanied by legendary musician Leland Sklar, who has played on many of the landmark albums from the era; Carole King’s Tapestry, James Taylor’s Sweet Baby James, Joni Mitchell’s Blue, Jackson Browne’s Running On Empty and countless others. Sklar was recently featured in an article in Rolling Stone magazine celebrating his unsung contribution to musical history.

Judith recently completed a stretch of U.S shows, all of which were accompanied by Leland. The After Party Tour included dates in Portland, Los Angeles and New York City; now the pair are set for a very busy autumn in the UK and Europe.

Performing songs from the critically acclaimed Ebb & Flow, the talented duo will visit venues throughout the UK on the Nell Bryden tour, across nine dates. Commencing in Newcastle on November 3rd, Judith will bring her “amusing tales and bewitching tunes” (Record Collector) to captivate audiences.

Expressed as a “funny and fearless performer” by The New York Times, the Welsh singer-songwriter will mesmerise viewers with her adaptation and interpretation of the 1970’s musical spirit.
