Pop star on menu for restaurant charity weekend

Free meals and competition in children’s charity link-up.

Customers at the Frankie & Benny’s restaurants across the West Midlands could be sitting down to breakfast with pop superstar Peter Andre as part of a charity weekend planned for next month.

The popular 50s-style restaurant has teamed up with national charity, Caudwell Children, and the singer for a weekend of fundraising to help provide support for disabled children from across the region.

The weekend kicks off on Saturday 13th September with free children’s meals for every family and culminates with a nationwide Big Charity Breakfast on Monday 15th September where customers will receive a free breakfast in return for a donation to the charity.

Everyone that attends the fundraising weekend will have the opportunity to enter a free prize draw to win an exclusive breakfast with Peter Andre and up to three guests at a Frankie & Benny’s restaurant.

Charity Chief Executive, Trudi Beswick, said: “This is an amazing opportunity for Caudwell Children and we are very grateful to Frankie & Benny’s and Peter Andre for their support. Over the weekend there is something for everyone on offer and as well as getting a free meal you will be helping to transform the lives of disabled children; and as if that wasn’t enough, one lucky winner will be chatting to one of the nicest people in showbiz over a delicious Frankie & Benny’s breakfast.”

With the restaurants expected to be busy over the fundraising weekend, bookings are recommended. The ‘Kids Eat Free’ offer is available on Saturday 13th and Sunday 14th September; and the ‘Free Breakfast’ available on Monday 15th September.
