Ginger Baker’s Jazz Confusion

Another fine musician makes his Artrix debut on Saturday, February 23rd when Ginger Baker, legendary drummer with The Graham Bond Organisation and Cream brings his band Jazz Confusion to the Arts Centre in Bromsgrove.

Ginger Baker Jazz Confusion

Ginger was voted once “the musician least likely to survive the sixties“ – but he‘s survived and he’s back with funk and jazz giant Pee Wee Ellis on tenor sax, Alec Dankworth on bass and percussionist Abass Dodoo to play a mix of music from Theolonious Monk, Sonny Rollins and himself and Pee Wee.

Don’t miss your chance to catch one of the great drummers of the last fifty years.

The show starts at 8.00.p.m and tickets, at £17.50, are available from the Box Office on 01527-577330, or you can book online at www.artrix.co.uk
