Two new show apartments at Park Central, Birmingham

Two new show apartments will be launched at Crest Nicholson’s Park Central development in Birmingham city centre, at a special open day this weekend (Saturday 11th and Sunday 12th  August).

Birmingham's Houston Building balconyDesigned to appeal specifically to first time buyers, the two bedroom apartments boast contrasting themes of city life and park life – emphasising the location of Park Central which sits just a few minutes’ walk from the shops and bars at The Mailbox and Brindleyplace, whilst being surrounded by eight acres of landscaped parkland.

The ‘park life’ show apartment has been decorated with butterflies, bird and floral beautifications sitting against green and blue feature walls and vintage-inspired mirrors. The master bedroom – which also boasts an ensuite – has a white and black leaf motif on the walls, with white gloss furniture, helping to keep the room bright and fresh. Continuing the nature-inspired theme into the open-plan living room and kitchen area, water lilies sit next to apple green kitchen appliances.

In contrast, the second show apartment showcases bold, purple and pink hues, against a white and metallic backdrop created through stainless steel and mirrored glass furniture. Both apartments benefit from large windows and an oversized balcony overlooking the park.

Ruth Williams, sales manager at Park Central said: “The new show apartments have been designed beautifully and really help to show off the two sides of life on offer at Park Central. Many people believe that living in the city centre means you never get any peace and quiet but at Park Central you get the best of both worlds, being just a short walk away from the hub of activity in the city, whilst having a large area of parkland to relax and play sports.

“First time buyers make up a large number of our visitors each month, so we wanted to make sure that our interior design will really inspire those people wishing to make their first move onto the property ladder. Perhaps the most impressive feature in both apartments is the spacious balcony, which gives new homeowners plenty of room to hold house warming parties whilst enjoying the warmer weather.”

Houston Building - Park Central Last month, Crest Nicholson reported that first time buyers make up more than 70 per cent of its visitors each month at Park Central.

The new show apartments are located in the Houston building at Lower Parkside, the latest £15 million phase of Park Central. Apartments at Lower Parkside start in price from just £143,500 for a two bedroom contemporary property.

During the open weekend, visitors are able to pop in and see the new show apartments at Park Central. However, to guarantee a one-on-one viewing visitors are encouraged to pre-book a time with the sales team by calling 0121 666 4666.
